Lets Rock n Roll

As you may have heard, I suffered this big bad pain in my side, Bev took me to the Docs and it was put down to either a kidney infection or kidney stone.

Then the pain went away, yee haaa. but.. ahhh, aaaaahhhh, aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh what's that... Yes I'd passed this rock and it was not pleasant.
